With the community's support in the last F12, Photrek has developed a governance-specialized agent for Cardano, Cardania—a key player for improving the efficiency and transparency of Cardano’s decentralized governance processes.

HOW TO USE CARDANIA

Cardania is your AI-powered assistant for navigating Cardano governance. Whether you're a new voter, a seasoned DRep, or just exploring, she’s here to help you make sense of it all.

Step 1: Set Up Cardania

To begin, visit ai.photrek.io (or scroll down a little on this page). To start you may need to configure the settings to how you want to use it.

Click on the ⚙️ “Settings” tab (top left).

From there, you have three ways to use Cardania:

Option 1: Use ChatGPT with Default Settings (Easiest)

Click “Set Defaults”
This will automatically configure Cardania to run with OpenAI’s ChatGPT (free tier usage)

Option 2: Use Your Own ChatGPT API Key (Unlimited Use)

Have a paid ChatGPT account?
Paste your API key into the settings
This lets you use Cardania without limits and with faster response times

Option 3: Run Cardania Locally with Ollama (More Privacy, More Control)

Prefer to run everything on your machine?
Install Ollama (https://ollama.com) and select a local model (like llama3 or mistral)
In Settings, select “Use Ollama” to link Cardania with your local LLM

ASK CARDANIA ANYTHING

Once you’re set up click “view proposals” on the top menu bar to see all current on-chain proposals.

You can also ask things like:
